Details
Weekly Rates are quoted in euros and based on 4 occupants. Additional fees for 5th and 6th person listed below. Maximum 6 people. Monthly rates are based on 2 occupants. Additional fees for the 3rd and 4th person listed below
- A security deposit of €300 paid to manager upon arrival (fully refundable)
- €50 euro per week per person in excess of 4 in summer and €25 per person per week in excess of 4 for balance of the year
- 15% Tax will be applied to each booking
- €250 euro per month for each additional person in excess of 2
- €200 euro cleaning per stay
- A deposit of 50% is due within two days of booking reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival date and 90 days during holiday season.
- Iban direct transers – no charge or Master Card and Visa via paypal 4% charge
- Ours is a non-smoking unit.
- Ours is a non-pet unit.

Cancellation Policy:
One nights rent for cancellation at anytime, NO REFUND if cancellation within 60 days of arrival for short term stays and 120 days prior to arrival for rentals of 30 nights or longer.
